A Different Way to Think About Rest

Are you the “I’ll rest when I’m dead, type?”, or maybe you feel immense guilt anytime you hang out on the couch too long or aren’t being productive... I was this way too for the longest time until rest became the most important thing for me. Rest became the most important thing I could do to support myself in healing, not only for my physical body but also for my nervous system and mentally too.


As a fellow go-getter, I know that rest can be something that is a bit easier said than done. So I’m bringing you this episode to offer a different way to think about rest. I’m going to share some tools with you that I have used to change my relationship with rest, give you some different ways to incorporate rest in a way that feels aligned and doable, and hopefully will help you to completely shift your relationship with rest too.
